The Team
Established by Marco Riccardi in 2008, MRAD has grown into a team of dedicated individuals with a determined focus on providing excellence in architecture.
Backed by 20 years’ experience gained working for prestigious architectural practices and clients in South Africa, Dubai, and the UK, MRAD is committed to ensuring our clients’ visions are met. We use a process of research, programming, and design, including the implementation of energy efficiency; technology; sustainability; accurate documentation; and knowledge of the entire construction process to provide a complete-package service. Significantly, our team also has expert and in-depth knowledge of council regulations and requirements.
We have a broad architectural focus that includes residential developments, warehouses, factories, shopping malls, hotels, offices, and more, as well as ample knowledge and expertise in Data Centre design.
